ETIAS form to complete

The application procedure for an ETIAS authorization is fully digitized. Applicants must apply online via the official ETIAS website.

The applicant must complete the online form by answering the ETIAS questions. He/she will provide certain personal identity details and information about his/her planned stay in Europe.

How to fill in the ETIAS form

The ETIAS form is divided into several stages. First, you need to gather the necessary documents.

What documents do I need to complete the form?

To complete the ETIAS form, the following documents are required:

• A valid passport for travel in Europe;
• A valid email address ;
• A bank card to pay ETIAS fees.

Once the documents have been collated, the ETIAS applicant can complete the various sections of the form:

Fill in the personal information on the form

The first section of the form concerns the traveler’s personal information. All fields in the form must be filled in precisely:

• Full name (first and last)

The second part of the information will concern the details of the passport:

• Expiry date
• Issuing country

Provide contact details and information about the planned trip

How long does it take to process an ETIAS application?

After submitting the form and paying the ETIAS fee, the applicant will receive a reply by email. The ETIAS processing time is very short, but some files will take several days.
